UCPH participates in EFFECT through the Department of Food and Resource Economics (IFRO). The Department conducts research, teaching and research-based government advisory services working closely with both private and public stakeholders from agriculture, forestry, and related industries. The Department has extensive experience in agricultural and environmental economics and policy, ecosystem services research and research on policy and instrument design. In particular, IFRO has a strong track-record of bringing these skills into play in strategic interdisciplinary research initiatives as well as in collaborations with the private sectors and government agencies.
