SEGES is the knowledge and innovation centre within The Danish Agriculture & Food Council (Landbrug & Fødevarer F.m.b.A.) which involve research, innovation, and testing for the entire industry. SEGES is in charge of the development and sales of specialized consultancy services, programs and other products targeting farmers and gardeners. Furthermore, SEGES provides services to customers with relation to the primary agricultural sector, manages a range of tasks for farmer-owned advisory companies, and collaborates with universities, ministries, businesses and non-governmental organizations.
